“[.blue-bold]Students have fun with Quizizz[.blue-bold] because it’s a game with competition, funny memes and music, yet they’re learning concepts, skills, and standards that they are expected to learn. We practice everything from main idea, theme, Greek roots, author’s point of view, and context clues, to compound and complex sentences, nouns, verbs, and whatever other skill set we are working on. [.blue-bold]If you’re teaching it, kids can practice it on Quizizz![.blue-bold]”
“Quizizz puts a little spice into our [.yellow-bold]reading strategy practice and comprehension.[.yellow-bold]”
“From the highest level learner to the lowest level learner, [.green-bold]all students gain knowledge from using Quizizz.[.green-bold] It is great to see them having fun while they are learning.”
“[.green-bold]I have used EduProtocol’s Fast and Curious with teaching root word meanings.[.green-bold] It did help students retain the meanings, as well as go back every couple of weeks to review. The classroom percentage still remains high.”
“[.red-bold]Quizizz helps my students to review for assessments,[.red-bold] and it’s important practice for those multiple choice type questions for state testing.”
“[.purple-bold]Quizizz is the best![.purple-bold] I make a vocabulary Quizizz each week so students have a fun way to practice their words. They love it because they can use the text-to-speech feature and they can compete against each other.”
“Our curriculum only teaches vocabulary through context clues. Our standardized tests for our state sometimes ask the students to define words. [.yellow-bold]I not only use Quizizz to test students on weekly vocabulary, but also on their weekly spelling words.[.yellow-bold] This helps me to differentiate testing for my lower learners.”
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
