What are the limitations to the WHO definition of health?
A. There are no limitations - it’s all good!
B. The 1946 definition doesn’t incorporate all five dimensions of health and wellbeing (PEMSS)
C. It doesn’t give everybody the opportunity to be healthy - a person can still be considered healthy even if they do not have ‘complete’ wellbeing in the dimensions of physical, social and mental health.
