How to close out drawer?

- Identification - click menu (blue top center) - fast add - street box - scan id with green scanner - barcode = phone #, email or check box - click #@ visits, enter 9999 - expiration = click up 5 years - click date on calendar - select photo @ top right of box @ bottom left - save ***Waiver*** - pull up new guest by name click blue name - drop down document location to member document - select create new member document - PDF (original) drop down to "Planet Fitness for Guest Liability Waiver - enter new guest name into box (Name is in blue @ top) - select next at bottom - signs twice on outside pad - select save

Guest First Time here

- Get ID - last name tab, first name tab - select check in

Guest Returning

- Click menu - Click new agreement - select membership the guest wants - click thru all black boxes - fill in all boxes that turn red - under agreement scan barcode/ keytag with green scanner - under billing info check all boxes on the right then sign agreement - 1st signature let members know they will be billed around the 17th - 2nd signature making sure customer is aware that bank info is on file - 3rd signature liability waiver stating member is using equipment at own risk - save/finish - member pays - take picture - give welcome bag and keytag - BCM need to fill out skin type evaluation and tanning waiver document

Memberships computer sign up

- busy time sheet - trainer schedule - rules/policies - sticker

What does welcome bag have?

- ID - click menu - fast add - click street - barcode = phone number - visits allowed 9999 - expiration= as far in future - photo at top right and save

Prospects ( guest account )

- Look member up by name - click name in blue - go to documents on top right - document location click member document - create member document - PDF click "Planet Fitness" - For guest liability waiver - guest name - next - member sign twice and save

Waiver

- check in by name - click barcode and scan keycard - take photo - give customer skin chart to fill out ( # BC member) - select documents in purple bar - (left box) click datatrak - drop to member document - click create member document - click PDF and drop to tanning waiver - right box click PDF and drop to Ohio skin evaluation - enter value and tallys

Enter new member after online sign up

- click name in blue - click invoices - click edit - cancel membership - select reason - sign document - fill in payment amount, last bill, when they have access to and your name - save

Cancelling

- ipad pin 9549 - open app "Abc online sign up" - select membership - fill in sales person and members gender then have member fill in all the info - look member up - take picture assign key tag and sign only waivers if needed
