Just like the Earth attracts the apple, does the apple also attract the Earth?
Yes
No
If the Earth also attracts the Sun, why does the Sun not revolve around the Earth? Why does
Because the mass of the Sun is much larger, by second law of motion, the acceleration it experiences towards the Earth is very high
Since Earth has lower mass, by second law of motion, it experiences higher acceleration towards the Sun than the Sun experiences towards the Earth. So Earth revolves around the Sun, not the other way around.
By third law of motion this is the case
