cst has Unable To Obtained IP , and has TKT With Update : ( No dial from CPE ) , CCA Action :
A- Reset & Re-configure the CPE
B- Change CPE
C- Adjust MTU
Cst Has Unable ToObtai IP , Reset CPE hard then soft and reconfigured, check if cst Obtained IP : Not Obtained IP , CCA Action :
A- Escalate to SLS
B- Check With Another CPE
C- Add DNS
If CPE page didn’t open by default username & password , CCA Action First , You should ask the customer first if he change default CPE password ?
If customer has unable to obtain IP, first step must to do it
A. reset hard, soft and configure
B. Restart port and CPE
Update with Avoid capital Letters , your action
Re-write credentials in small letters (@tedata.net.eg)
Escalate to SLS
