When it comes to Professionalism and your Appearance......
you can take your uniform shirt and nametag off and walk through the park once you are off the clock.
you don't have to wear a belt as a part of your uniform.
you can wear any type of hat you want, as long as it matches your uniform shirt.
you must have your uniform shirt and nametag on at all times and cannot take it off prior to walking through the park.
What should you do if you see trash while rotating to a location or walking through the park?
Call Operations to have Park Services pick it up.
Don’t pass it up, Pick it up!
Keep walking and pretend you don't see it.
Tell the guest to pick up their trash.
What is the purpose of our Weather Tracking System?
It breaks apart the weather conditions and describes what each on means.
It describes the type of weather that is coming into the area.
It informs our guests that rides and shows are closing because rain is coming into the area.
It informs supervision when a storm is approaching, this will give time to start prepping lines and informing guests that there will be a suspension of operation.
If I find a lost article in the park, I must....
put it in my pocket and take it home for safe keeping.
notify my supervisor or take it to Guest Services right away.
return it back to the first guest that comes back and claims it.
