1. How many webinars do you need to attend during your probation?
Minimum 1, Service Related. Although you can attend as many as you wish. Recordings are also available to view from the portal

How could you record a peer to peer conversation for your portfolio?
Always ensure your CSV has signed the peer: peer feedback
If your peer has written or emailed you the feedback, include this in your portfolio.
It is recommended that you write your own notes after your verbal conversation, (handwritten or typed, sentences, bullet points or mind maps).
Always include peer’s name and staff number, the sector & the date - no need for signature

What can you do if you are flying when a webinar is scheduled?

You may still be able to attend down-route if the timing aligns-all you need is an internet connection / Attend a different session, they run every 2 weeks (check the portal for schedule) / Access a recording from the portal

Ensure full completion and organisation of your Portfolio. Prepare effectively for flights. Deliver On Board services to standard. Review Manuals, OBU and Flight Instructions. Use Service Challenge to evaluate your knowledge
Are the Drop in Work Shops at EGHQ mandatory?
It is mandatory for anyone who is placed on a service review. For everyone else it is optional
