    • take off the -er and add the endings. ¿yo?

    • com - es comes (you eat) ¿Ud./él/ella?

    • com - e come (you-formal/he/she eats) ¿nosotros?

    -ir endings are just like -er endings except for one (two) forms

    • You see an "i" in the nosotros (and vosotros) endings: -imos, -ís

    • examples: tú vives, nosotros vivimos; ella escribe, nosotros escribimos

    • (poner - to put, place) tú pones, ella pone, etc. but yo....

    Hacer means "to make, to do"

    Tú haces la tarea = You do the assignment

    Yo hago el proyecto = I do the project

    Nosotros hacemos una fiesta = We have (make) a party

    The yo form is irregular: yo hago. The rest are regular -er forms.
